What exactly is Comeback Coaching?

Comeback Coaching is a faith-based coaching group designed for Christian men who have faced major life setbacks, offering encouragement, community, and practical steps for restoration.

Christian men who have experienced setbacks such as personal failure, addiction, job loss, financial struggles, divorce, grief situations, or health crises.

Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented, while therapy deals with deeper psychological issues and past trauma. This group is about rebuilding purpose and momentum.

Recovery groups (like 12-step programs) focus on addiction and long-term healing, whereas Comeback Coaching is about broader life restoration and personal growth in all areas.

While the group is designed for Christian men and is rooted in biblical principles, anyone open to a faith-based approach is welcome.

Logistics & Structure

What does my membership include?
Membership includes:
  • Access to 12 group coaching sessions over a six-month period, with options to renew at half price. 
  • Bi-weekly spot calls from your coach or facilitator for encouragement and support.
  • Access to an online community for growth and encouragement.
  • Exclusive access to content designed to accelerate and deepen your comeback experience.
  • Opportunities for training and certification as a Comeback coach or Comeback Brotherhood facilitator, if you’re interested.

The group meets biweekly for 90-minute virtual sessions over a 12-session cycle. Sessions include teaching, discussion, and accountability.

Each session will focus on one point of application to our lives. There are 12 application points in all – spiritual, mental, emotional, volitional, physical, self-image, interpersonal, familial, communal, financial, professional, and adversarial.

Yes! The cycle is designed so that members can jump in at any point.

Facilitators will conduct 15-minute check-in calls for encouragement and accountability. We will also have an online community presence – either a Facebook group or another format.

Yes, individual coaching is available for an additional fee.

$99/month or a one-time payment of $495 for the full 12-session cycle (24 weeks). $49/month for a one-time payment of $245 for Sessions 13-24 if you choose to repeat or extend your involvement for an additional 12 sessions.

What is expected of participants?

A commitment to attend sessions, engage in discussions, and be accountable to group members.

Sessions are designed to be stand-alone yet interconnected. You can continue the cycle without disruption. Recordings will also be available for catch-up purposes.

Absolutely! Confidentiality is a key expectation to create a safe and supportive space.

What is the biblical basis for this program?

The foundation is Micah 7:8-9:
      Do not rejoice over me, my enemy;
      When I fall, I will arise;
      When I sit in darkness,
      The Lord will be a light to me.
      I will bear the indignation of the Lord,
      Because I have sinned against Him,
      Until He pleads my case
      And executes justice for me.
      He will bring me forth to the light;
      I will see His righteousness.

      A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire;
      He rages against all wise judgment (Proverbs 18:1).

No, it’s meant to supplement church involvement, not replace it.

The program encourages humility, repentance, and the power of God’s grace for a fresh start.

Scripture shows that God specializes in redemption—Moses, David, Peter, and Paul all had comebacks.

Vulnerability is encouraged but happens at your own pace. The community aspect helps build trust over time.
